23 West 74th Street
Built: 1890 by Architect H.M. Cole
Style: Modern
Cool Notes: It was originally a Renaissance Revival. Was converted to multiple dwellings in 1957 when the façade was changed. Architect Yeshayahu Eshkar and my grandfather thought the 60s arrived before they actually arrived!
